How to Track Your Order

  2. Click the tracking link provided in the email.
  3. View the latest shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Information?

Tracking information is usually sent within 1–3 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Status Guide

Status Meaning
Order Confirmed We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
Processing Your order is being packed and prepared by our fulfillment partner.
Shipped Your order is on its way.
Out for Delivery Your package is with the local courier and should arrive soon.
Delivered Your order has been successfully delivered.
