Returns & Refunds

At Snowcorp Avenue, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under this policy.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), Snowcorp Avenue will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
